The Ohme ePod is a single-phase solar-ready EV charger with a maximum power output of 7.4kW, making it ideal for most residential power setups in Australia. Its untethered design provides flexibility, enabling you to connect your preferred Type 1 or Type 2 charging cable, making it compatible with all EVs in the market. This design choice ensures a clean, uncluttered appearance while allowing compatibility with multiple vehicle types.
The Ohme ePod's intuitive settings enable you to schedule charging during off-peak hours, optimising cost savings based on time-of-use electricity tariffs. Additionally, Tesla owners can benefit from it seamless integration with the Ohme app, which provides real-time access to the vehicle’s state of charge.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 business days following payment. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. During these periods, we take proactive measures to minimise any potential shipping delays. If additional information is required to process your order, we will contact you via email. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays arising from payment processing.
Our average delivery times are between 10-12 days.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers will be updated & will be emailed within 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days then please email us at support@evtrove.com.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Shipping Prices
a.) We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 unless a large or heavy product is ordered.
b.) For all orders under $150 we charge a standard shipping price of $15.
c.) Custom shipping prices for large/oversized or heavy products are calculated at checkout.
Note: If there is any issue with your order our customer service team will contact you by email and advise you of the updates. During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however delivery may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.
Split Orders
To ensure a smoother and faster delivery process, and to manage shipping costs effectively, we may sometimes need to split your order into multiple shipments. This approach allows us to send out the available items as quickly as possible, ensuring that you receive them sooner rather than waiting for the entire order to be ready.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@evtrove.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Physical Address Requirement:
To ensure secure and efficient delivery of your order, we require a physical street address. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. This policy is to help prevent fraud and ensure that all deliveries are received by our customers in a timely manner.

Is the Ohme ePod compatible with all electric vehicles?
Yes! The Ohme ePod is compatible with all Type 1 & Type 2 charging cables, which covers the vast majority of EVs in Australia. It’s also future-ready for upcoming EV models.

What makes the Ohme ePod a “smart” EV charger?
The Ohme ePod connects to your smartphone via the Ohme app, allowing you to schedule charges, track energy usage, and even charge when electricity rates are cheapest. It’s designed to integrate with your energy tariff to help you save money while reducing your carbon footprint.

How to charge at my off-peak times with Ohme?
The easiest way to only charge during your off peak times would be to enable your Price cap. This can be done on the ‘Charging’ screen in the Ohme app by tapping ‘Price cap”, and then enabling the setting before tapping ‘Confirm‘.

How does the Solar Boost feature work with my battery system?
Ohme chargers are unable to distinguish between incoming sources of energy, and as a result may draw energy from the battery system if it is set to discharge while the charger is plugged in. To avoid depleting your home battery, you may wish to set it not to discharge when you are charging with this feature enabled.
