Installation and Care
The protective pad is easily installed into the center arm rest console box. Simply place the silicone protector into the armrest console box and smooth out to ensure full contact with all interior surfaces of the center console arm rest console box. Periodically clean the silicone protector with a soft, damp cloth to maintain its appearance and longevity. Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to clean the silicone protector as this may damage its surface.

Delivery Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 business days following payment. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. During these periods, we take proactive measures to minimise any potential shipping delays. If additional information is required to process your order, we will contact you via email. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays arising from payment processing.
Our average delivery times are between 10-12 days.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers will be updated & will be emailed within 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days then please email us at support@evtrove.com.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Shipping Prices
a.) We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 unless a large or heavy product is ordered.
b.) For all orders under $150 we charge a standard shipping price of $15.
c.) Custom shipping prices for large/oversized or heavy products are calculated at checkout.
Note: If there is any issue with your order our customer service team will contact you by email and advise you of the updates. During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however delivery may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.
Split Orders
To ensure a smoother and faster delivery process, and to manage shipping costs effectively, we may sometimes need to split your order into multiple shipments. This approach allows us to send out the available items as quickly as possible, ensuring that you receive them sooner rather than waiting for the entire order to be ready.
